Account and Data Deletion

StatisNostics users can permanently delete their account from the web, iOS, or Android app. Sign in, open My Account, select Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.

Data removed

The deletion process removes the account profile, credentials, saved locations and favorites, saved routes and their coordinates, dashboards and layouts, sessions, password reset records, group and role assignments, and subscription records associated with the account.

Limited retention

Limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or financial obligations. Those records are isolated from the active account and deleted or anonymized after the required retention period.

Cannot access your account?

Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. We will verify the request before deleting the account.
